LivCam is an adults-only service, yet it is not an adult content service. Nudity and sexual acts on camera are banned, and so is pressing strangers for explicit material. Adults flirting with adults is welcome — explicit content is where the line sits, and accounts crossing it are closed.
Harassment, hate speech, threats, or going after someone for who they are — any of it costs the account. No means no, on camera just as in text. A chat not working for you? Every user must be 18 or older, full stop. If the person on your screen looks underage, report that match immediately — reports land in front of human reviewers. Accounts linked to minors are closed and, where the law obliges, passed on to the authorities.
Soliciting money, gift cards or off-platform payments from strangers is banned outright, and promotional links and scripted pitches go with it. Recording, screenshotting or rebroadcasting a match is equally forbidden — a private call stays private at both ends of it.
Reports and blocks both feed into human moderation. A first offense can draw a time-out from the queue; conduct that plainly earned it draws a permanent removal. The help center walks through the report and block mechanics one step at a time.
