A livcam session lives on your camera and microphone, and both answer to your browser’s permission switch rather than to us. Nothing transmits until you grant access yourself, and each call runs as a sealed two-person room — no crowd watching, no public stream, no relay to anywhere else. No software ever lands on your device.
A live matcher runs on routine technical signals: broad device and browser details, server logs carrying IP addresses and timestamps, and anonymous tallies of which pages get opened. The guest session itself holds only what it needs to function — a free-match balance plus any coins on it. Coin purchases pass through external payment processors, so complete card numbers never arrive at our servers; the terms of service cover the same ground.
On LivCam cookies carry three jobs and no others: they keep a session stitched together through a match, they recall a few preferences, and they count visits without naming anyone. Some are strictly necessary — take them away and matching stops entirely. The full list, along with how to refuse or delete them, is kept in the cookie policy.
Reporting or blocking someone can attach context from that session to a moderation review, which is how the crew acts on it. That loop is how repeat offenders leave the matching queue for good. The conduct rules being enforced are spelled out in the community guidelines.
Camera on or off, stay or skip, keep the session or wipe it — exiting a call is one tap, and shutting the tab ends everything at once. Asking us to correct or erase session data works through the contact page. Personal information is never sold here — not in bundles, not ever.
