How to reach the LivCam crew — [email protected] for session trouble, coin questions, safety concerns and technical issues, what to include, and when a reply comes back.
Meet someone face to face →Write to [email protected] from any address you like — no account required, no form to wrestle with. A single complete message gets solved faster than three fragments, and a human being reads everything that lands in the inbox.
Describe what happened and roughly when, name your device and browser, and attach a screenshot when the issue is something visible. Passwords, full card numbers and ID documents should never be sent — support will never ask for them. Writing about another user? The approximate time of the match lets the crew locate the session.
Most messages receive a reply within one working day. Safety reports and coin or payment questions can run a few days longer — they pass through human review or the payment processor, and that extra care costs time. Weekends move slower.
Billing questions move quickest with the payment receipt attached. Flagging a specific match works better through the in-call report button, which bundles the session automatically. When a rule is in dispute, the community guidelines settle it, not the inbox.
Camera permission, skipping, coins, blocking — the routine questions already carry written answers in the help center and the FAQ. Look there before sending; and if something genuinely is not covered, tell us, because a missing answer is a bug we want fixed.
